Our rates for a double room range from £64 per night -£86 with breakfast and I am afraid we only take bookings for a two night minimum stay and over Bank holidays a 3 night minimum stay. Cancellation Once we have confirmed that we can offer you accommodation we will ask you to make a reservation by providing us with a cheque payable to Ria View for the equivalent of two nights accommodation or 50% of the stay if longer. Once this is received a legal contract exists. Our required notice to cancel without cost is 14 days prior to the commencement of the first nights' stay. Cancelling without this 14 day notice means that the full cost of the accommodation reserved will be charged for unless we are able to relet the room(s). This also applies should you subsequently amend your booking by shortening your stay. You will be charged for the full amount due. If we are able to re-let any or all of the reserved days you will be credited with the relevant amount. Please note that there are no exceptions to this policy and if you are booking for a number of days you may wish to consider taking out a suitable form of insurance.
